Shipping Info

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping confirmation. All packages are shipped via USPS with 2-3 day delivery. We have now also started using UPS as a delivery option. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money will be issued back to you in form of STORE CREDIT.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

MAXXED OUT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered

We DO NOT offer delivery or pick-up. However we will hold specials that will allow for pick-up with code at a certain destination and time frame on occasions. Pick up may also be offered at certain events or Pop Up Shops that we may attend or host. In the event of a pick-up special, customers must pick up between that time frame NO EXCEPTIONS, with proof of purchase in order to pick up merchandise.   

If you choose the pick up option when available, please pick up within 30 days of your order purchase ( on pick up days) or your order will be returned back to stock at the customers expense.
